Prerequisites
To use the COPY web application correctly, the steps to follow are as follows:
- Have the appropriate role to use the service.
- Install the native application on your computer and start it whenever you want to use the COPY web application at EACAT ( more information ).
- Add the copia.aoc.cat domain as a trusted domain in the browser and antivirus to avoid possible connection errors between the browser and the server ( more information ).
- Register the organs that can issue authentic copies of your body. You will find this option in the " Template Management" feature reserved for the "Service Administrator" role.
- Optionally, to facilitate the generation of copies, the service administrator should create a template with the basic service configuration data.

The application supports all existing browsers except:
