The web component of the CÒPIA service can be accessed using the most widespread web browsers:

• Internet Explorer version 11 or later
• And the three latest versions of Chrome, Firefox and Safari browsers.

In addition, the native application that establishes the connection between the scanning device and the web application of the CÒPIA service must be running .
