Description
The copy service establishes a continuous, two-way connection between the web browser and the server so that true copies can be made. This operation requires that this connection is always open and to avoid blocking the security level of the WSS communication (websocket) it is necessary to check the client's firewall and / or antivirus to see that it does not block them.
The actions we recommend you take are as follows:
- Add the https://copia.aoc.cat domain with ssl to the trusted domains of the browser.
- Add https://copia.aoc.cat domain in antivirus. In this case, check your vendor's specifications.
NOTE: If you do not have this setting in your browser, you may receive an error when using the Copy tool: "There is no HTTP session between the browser and the scan module."
