Description
The copy service establishes a continuous, two-way connection between the web browser and the server in order to make authentic copies. This operation requires that this connection is always open and to avoid blocking at the security level of the WSS communication (websocket) it is necessary to check the client's firewall and/or antivirus to see that it is not blocking them.
The actions we recommend you take are the following:
- Add the domain https://copia.aoc.cat with ssl to the trusted domains of the browser.
- Add domain https://copia.aoc.cat in the antivirus. In this case, consult your supplier's specifications.
NOTE : If you do not have this configuration in the browser, when using the Copy tool the error may appear: "There is no HTTP session between the browser and the scanning module"
How to add the domain copia.aoc.cat as a trusted domain in the Explorer browser
- To configure the spaces URL as a trusted site in the browser, you must click on Tools / Internet Options
- A new pop-up window will open, and you will click on the tab Security / Sites de confianza / Sites
- You must enter the URL https://copia.aoc.cat in the box Add this website to the area of :
- Then click on the Add and Close button

- To configure the spaces URL as a trusted site in the Google Chrome browser, you must click on the Chrome Menu icon, located in the browser toolbar, and click on Settings :

IMPORTANT NOTE: With the latest updates to the Google Chrome browser, it has been added as a default option not to trust third-party cookies.
This causes the Copy session to be lost showing the error : " There is no HTTP session between the browser and the scanning module"
In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to enable the address pl6.eacat.cat as a site with permission to use third-party cookies. To do this, follow the steps below:

- To configure the Spaces URL as a trusted site in the Firefox browser, you must click on Tools / Options
- On the next screen click on Privacy and security
- Go to the Permissions section and add an exception to the Warn me when websites try to install plugins line by clicking Exceptions:
- Enter the URL of the spaces in the Website Address box, click Allow and click Save Changes .
